NEW SERVICE FOR PROPERTY PROVIDERS!

The Housing Authority has contracted with Socialserve.com, the nation's leading affordable housing listing and locator service, to manage property listings for the Section 8 Program.

This is a free service and will also make your vacancy listings available to agencies and individuals throughout Los Angeles County through the Los Angeles County Housing Resource Center. In future months, the County will be doing additional promotion of the website that will further increase the visibility and marketing of your property listings.

After this date, the Housing Authority will no longer generate the property listing. Tenants may call toll free 1-877-428-8844 to access the listings if they cannot access a computer.
