Attention Renters: Foreclosed Properties Alert

Renters: When you find a property you want to rent, verify that it is not in foreclosure before making any deposits or signing a lease.

Listings of foreclosed properties are not allowed on this service, but renters should be aware that, in rare cases, someone may list a property in jeopardy of foreclosure. Renters are responsible for final verification of a property's status.

If you encounter a listing that you believe is in foreclosure, please contact us with the property and your information.
